John is a talented and energetic leader who provides Quantum Consulting with clear vision, strong motivation and capable oversight. His vision of QC being an industry leader has driven his dedication to both his clients and his staff. His organization and enthusiasm as a project leader help drive the company’s success.

John’s ability to work closely with clients to ensure that QC delivers excellent and timely products surpassing expectations has garnered the respect of many long-standing clients. His 15 years of experience in project management, program evaluation, data management and analysis, and sample design has allowed him to successfully undertake our integrated evaluations of large programs.

John has completed numerous comprehensive evaluation planning and design projects addressing the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. He has detailed experience developing customer samples and in undertaking integrated program evaluations and load research, billing data analyses, and net-to-gross analyses.

John has a strong academic background in mathematical modeling, statistics, and computer simulation. He earned his MS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California at Berkeley.
