Quantum Consulting provides a collaborative, collegial environment in which individuals contribute to project teams to provide our energy and utility clients innovative consulting services in the areas of Market Assessment and Evaluation, Program Design and Planning, Technology Assessment, and Market Research.

Responsibilities

  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals.
  • Assist in interpreting client needs and developing responsive solutions.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis using quantitative techniques.
  • Write high-level client reports.
  • Interact with clients to clarify technical issues and to ensure deliverable deadlines are met.
  • Direct junior staff to ensure performance to timelines and quality standards.

    • Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics or related field with some consulting experience. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in energy efficiency research, implementation, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to ensure high quality research products.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships.
  • High level of initiative in driving projects to completion.
